The company is managed by Moshe Eytam (Manager and Owner), a Technion graduate, B.Sc in Civil Engineering, holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, an MBA in Finance and Strategic Planning, and has 26 years of experience in project management in many diverse fields and has previously served in senior management positions in high-budget projects in Israel and abroad. The company manager's extensive experience in advanced management methods, his managerial and financial education and his personal involvement contribute greatly to the advancement of the projects handled by the company.

 

Monika Stochel Eytam – Partner

Monika Stochel Eytam (Partner) is a graduate of Engineering and Architecture, MA graduate from the Krakow Polytechnic in Poland, with 17 years of experience in managing and establishing projects in international companies that worked in the Polish market, including (USA) Amoco, Auchan (France), (Holand) Ahold, and (Italy) Verona Building.

Monika Stochel Eytam’s professional experience in companies with different organizational and managerial cultures in the fields of project management, as well as her education in architecture, add an additional contribution to the projects managed by the company.

  • Resident Service Building in Haifa – (Completed) - Project management and supervision of the upgrade of a building for preservation and its conversion into an office building costing approximately 10 million NIS for the Yaffe Nof Company in cooperation with the Company for Economy and Finance.

  • Haifa Coastal Restoration (Completed) - Restoration of storm damage (February 2010) on Haifa's coast (Carmel, Bat Galim, Kiryat Haim Beach), including infrastructure renewal and development work costing approximately 10 million NIS .

  • Regional Clinic in Netanya (Completed) - Upgrading an emergency clinic for Clalit Health Services at a cost of approximately 6 million NIS .

  • Giniger School (Completed) - Addition of a wing to the existing school at a cost of approximately 4 million NIS for the Yaffe Nof company.

  • Haifa Technology Center (Completed) - Establishment of a regional technology center that will serve the schools in Haifa and its surroundings. Project cost approximately 15 million NIS.

  • Waiting sheds and advertising signs in Haifa (Completed) - Management, coordination and supervision of the project to replace the existing bus waiting sheds with modern, illuminated sheds, including advertising areas and upgrading the waiting stations and adapting them for the disabled, placing illuminated advertising signs throughout the city of Haifa, at a cost of approximately 30 million NIS for the Haifa Municipality.

  • Degania Sports Hall (Completed) - Renewal of a collapsed sports hall in Kiryat Haim at a cost of approximately 8 million NIS for the Yaffe Nof company (the demolition phase is complete).

  • Givat Avni Community Center (Completed) – Management of the construction of an auditorium and classroom building at a cost of approximately 8 million NIS, for Mordechai Israel Engineering and Construction Ltd.

  • "Karish" Cadet Dormitory (Completed) – Project management of the construction of dormitories for cadets at the military boarding school at the Naval Officers' School in Acre.

  • The Open School in Haifa (Completed) – Expansion of the existing school at a cost of approximately 15 million NIS.

  • The David Yellin School in Haifa – Construction/transfer of the David Yellin School to its new location at a cost of approximately 15 million NIS.

  • Haifa Quarantine Station/Aronit Kennel (Trial) – Construction of a quarantine station for animals at a cost of approximately 3 million NIS.

  • Aluton Acre Building 2 (in the contractor selection stage) – Management of the construction of an industrial building at a cost of approximately 5 million NIS for Aluton Industrial Profiles Ltd.

  • Fire detection systems in Carmelit (in progress) – Upgrading the fire detection systems in the Haifa subway and adapting them to current standards, for Carmelit Ltd. in cooperation with the Society for Economy and Finance.

  • Establishment of a “Domino” structure for the Flower Show (completed) – Management of the construction of the dome structure for the Flower Show, for Athos.

  • Koncept – Krakow (in the process of obtaining building permits) – Coordination and management of the planning for the project, which includes construction and infrastructure, including drainage and pumping lines for a residential neighborhood of 100 land-attached units in Krakow – Poland.

  • Stelmachów Krakow (Completed) – Management, coordination and construction of an infrastructure and residential project for 50 land-attached units in Krakow, Poland. The project cost is approximately $7 million.

  • German Colony, Jaffa 86 (initiative stages) – Management, coordination and construction of a commercial and residential hotel project in the German Colony in Haifa, with a volume of approximately 30 million NIS.

  • The District Laboratory in Nesher – Upgrading and expanding the Clalit Health Services District Laboratory in Nesher at a cost of approximately 3.5 million NIS.

  • A.A.G. Clinic in Kiryat Bialik (completed) – Construction of a specialist clinic for Clalit Health Services.
